A decade ago, Ristorante Limoncello was born in Lisbon, in a comfortable, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The adventure began in 2009, at Rua Nova da Trindade, with our Chef Vasco in control of the stove.

Ten years later and after a brief break, Vasco Monteiro’s cuisine travels to Lisbon’s very own Bairro Alto and sets itself up at Rua do Norte, nr. 61, on the premise of continuing to make mediterranean cuisine the soul and spirit of all italian gastronomy, without forgetting the quality of the ingredients, the staff and the service.

Every single moment that was intensely lived through has made happy memories, resulting directly from the tasty seasoning, ancient mediterranean flavors and their heritage, the experiences and homemade conversations and the good moments that were shared throughout these years. This ‘heritage’ will carry on for you in this new establishment with a hospitable and familiar environment, where we can share and savor what the italian tradition has best to offer and where the the famous pastas, handmade pizzas, risottos, steaks, saladas and desserts stand out.

Here it is: the blossomed Ristorante Limoncello Heritage, right in the heart of Bairro Alto. We added the word heritage to the name of our restaurant. It came to us spontaneously, since our aim is to keep na enjoyable environment, where people can really feel the great moments that have passed and where they can continue to build even better ones with us. It’s a permanent challenge that we work towards with diligence by prioritizing the preparation of your dishes and the quality of the delicacies.
